Services We Offer

All of the following services are offered as part of a full package per unit price. They, of course, can also be had "a la carte" on a freelance basis.
SEWING We are experts in dealing with lycra knit tops and dresses. That's what we're known for. Naturally, we can also produce knit skirts and pants. All this can be done at a reasonable price and delivered on a timely basis. As a company that sources all its production in North America, we are proud of what we stand for. We don't make excuses nor do we ask for handouts. Working with us you will learn that we stand behind what we do and will never compromise the clients' needs.
Proto and Counter Samplemaking		We are able to produce Samples on a freelance basis or part of a full package project. Our sampleroom located in New York is able to turn samples in a full package situation as quickly as the same day as a logistical service to our more structured clientele. On freelance projects, our turn times will be adjusted and considered on a per job basis. Regardless if you are large or small, we endeavor to best serve your sampling requirements.
Patternmaking		As part of your Full package project, patternmaking on hard paper and tracings are included. Expediting the fitting process and obtaining the correct size gradations is an important factor in the scheduling of our patternmaker. As previously stated, Full package clients will take precedence.
Markers and Grading		Should you approach us on a freelance basis for markers or grading, we recommend that the patterns,as well as the samples, should also be done with us. This is not a ploy for more business; what it allows you to do is to gain some consistency in the product. Just as if a designer were to design a two piece ensemble and only does the top and gives the bottom to someone else to do. They may be similar, yet there will still be something different...I can't put my finger on it...
Cutting		We can cut any type of knits up to 65 inches wide on a freelance basis. You may provide Markers or hard paper (from which we will make markers at a fee)and once your goods have been received we can give you your x-factory.
Design		We have two designers with oodles of experience in knits. They are able to analyze your sketches and fabric swatches and produce a tech pack that will reflect what you need, design-wise and spec-wise.
Sourcing		If there is a fabric that you are looking for in North America for fast turn knits, we can help. Be it synthetic or cotton, piece or yarn dyed, blends or specialty finished, we will find it. Give us your requirements, test parameters, and yarn specs and we will use our extensive network of partners to find what you need.
